Policies and Procedures
At Te Rauhii, the safety, wellbeing, and education of our tamariki and rangatahi are at the heart of everything we do. Our policies and procedures exist to ensure that all children, whaanau, staff, volunteers, and partners experience our programmes as safe, inclusive, and respectful, spaces where music and learning can thrive. In all that we do, Te Rauhii acknowledges Te Tiriti o Waitangi as the founding document of Aotearoa New Zealand and is committed to honouring its principles through our governance, policies, and everyday practice.
These policies and procedures guide how we work day to day. They are regularly reviewed by Te Rauhii Trust Board and staff to reflect best practice, legal obligations, and the needs of our community. We are committed to partnership, protection, and participation, and welcome whaanau to engage with these documents as part of our shared responsibility to care for our children and each other.
